Dr Wee : patient eyes is yellowish brown, symptoms of her kidney is shutting down, we'll need to do a kidney biopsy

Dr Shen : chehh... wait, there are blood capillaries in her eyes and she has been yawning frequently ever since she get into here.

Dr Wee : blood capillaries in eyes, sign of suffering mental disorder and frequent yawning.. she is possibly on the anti depression medicine

Dr Teo : nononono... look at her eyes, eyes bag are heavy and dark in colour... just a sign of lack of sleep.. she woke up too early to pack handmade sandwiches for sell.
